What happened when I consumed it for 30 days?
After reading and hearing about maca I decided to add this superfood to my diet. However, it has a strong and earthy flavor but I continue it for 30 days without giving up. I consumed it by dissolving it in warm water as this method is the natural Peruvian method.
On the first day, I did not like its earthy flavor but I did not give up. Within 30 days I have noticed some major experiences those are:
